World book day celebration assembly

First we shared our writing with everyone. From Mr Jordan’s class we had Paige share her amazing story and from Miss Sembie’s class we had Freya who also shared her amazing story. From Mr Scott’s class we had Layla who shared her fabulous descriptive writing. From Miss Ravat’s class we had Joe who also shared his amazing descriptive writing. From Miss Hewitt’s class Sasha and Owen shared their factual news report and from Miss Dunn’s class were Lily and Gurjot who also shared a great factual news report. From Miss Evans class was Lottie, Erin and Sharon who performed a brilliant script and from Miss Griffin’s class was Neve, Lola, Arianna and Kieran’s who also performed a brilliant play script. Well done to everyone who shared their writing today!

Then we announced the costume nominees for Yr 5&6. The best dressed person from 6FE was Riley as gangsta granny. The best dress person from 6KG was Harley as the grandpa from grandpa’s great escape. The best dressed person from 5KH was Rihanna as Sadie from The Red Pyramid. The best dressed person from 5CD was Molly as the mad hatter from alice in wonderland. And the winner from years 5&6 was Riley!

Then we announced the costume nominees for Yr 3&4. The best dressed person from 4JS was Lois as gangsta granny. The best dress person from 4SR was Olivia as pinnochio. The best dressed person from 3AJ was Jude as Max from where the wild things are. The best dressed person from3SS was Albie as billionaire boy. And the winner from years 3&4 was Olivia! Well done to everyone who dressed up today because all your costumes were amazing!
