Whole School Assembly-13/01/20

To start off this assembly, we had to answer this question:  What characteristics will you need?

On the board, there was a picture of a young boy solving a Rubik’s Cube.

We had a range of answers including: Patience, Resilience, Focus, Determination, Confidence, Concentration and Self-Control. After that, we had our school’s greatest Rubik’s Cube solver-Damian in year 6. Damian solved the cube in less than 5 MINUTES! That’s what I call talent! Now, it’s attendance. Our winners this week were:

   • Mrs Spence’s Class

   • Miss Sembi’s Class

   • Mr Scott’s Class

We also had a special visitor: Mr Dale from Historic England. He had come to our school to award us a ‘Heritage School Award’. We are all very happy!
