The gold awards trip

                                                     

9 children in year 5 and year 6 went to the gold awards. They introduced Clair Cashmore. There were different schools. Clair Cashmore told us that she has one arm and people didn’t like her and made fun of her. She also said she pranked people by putting fake blood on her arm. In high school, she hid her arm in her jumper all the time because she felt like she didn't fit in.

What we did

We had to write if you can be the best at anything, what would you choose. Some people chose: art, dancing, dodge balling, cooking, a vet and footballer. Different children wanted to be different things. We also wrote a sheet about who could help you do this job. We wrote questions to ask Clair Cashmore about her. Some children went up to the front to tell the questions for Clair Cashmore. The question is: ‘Will we get the platinum awards? ‘
