This fabulous week, EYFS have been trying hard and learning
their challenging number bonds to 10! Followed by the mysterious smell and feel
of love floating through the Valentines’ day air, including reading a few books
about love and kindness e.g. ‘Have you
filled your bucket today? ; it tells you how everyone has an invisible
bucket which can be filled with love and kindness if you do something nice for
someone and help them like keeping the door open for them or on the playground,
if they hurt themselves, you can help them up. Your invisible bucket can also
be emptied if you aren’t very nice to someone or call them a name! Finally, in
PSE they have had a lot of circle time.
